Suddenly Fast

Steps for fasting:

Fast ---> Meditate on the Word ---> Pray and Sing songs of praise and worship unto the

Lord Jesus.

Joel 2:12

“Now, therefore,” says the LORD, “Turn to Me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.”

Matthew 17:21

However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.

Heb 4:12 (Amp)

For the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative,

energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating as

far as the division of the soul and spirit [the completeness of a person], and of

both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and judging

Acts 19:25-26
