In Ezekiel 47, the prophet is shown a river flowing from the temple—starting as a trickle, but becoming deeper and deeper until it could not be crossed except by swimming. This vision is a picture of God’s Spirit and His presence in our lives. Too often, we settle for ankle-deep or knee-deep experiences with God, but His call is to go further—beyond comfort, beyond control—until we are fully immersed in His power. This message challenges us not to stop at the shallow waters of faith but to keep pressing in until we are swimming in the fullness of God’s Spirit.
