Waiting on God is never wasted time; it is a season of preparation, growth, and increase. Isaiah 40 reminds us that those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength and rise with new strength. Through the lives of Abraham and Daniel, we see two different responses to waiting. Abraham took matters into his own hands instead of waiting on God's promise, which brought unnecessary complications into his life. Daniel, however, remained faithful and trusted God's timing, and God continued to elevate and increase him. This message challenges us to resist the urge to get ahead of God, trust His timing, and understand that when we wait on the Lord, we don't fall behind; we grow, renew our strength, and increase!
